At KESHRED, after viewing the information you provided about yourself, we will set a workout booklet for you that clearly clarifies the following:

  • Splitting the anatomy of each muscle (no complicated science) to understand how to train each muscle comprehensively
  • Specifying the type of strategy you are following for each exercise

  • Lecturing you on how to get the most out of any workout you do, and what are the rumours that you are not meant to follow

At KESHRED, we believe in success ONLY, no failure. Therefore, it is our commitment and responsibility to enlighten our clients on how to reach there goal effectively and efficiently. Clients must know that a workout plan without and strategic nutrition programme is an incomplete approach, therefore if you don’t have a diet plan already set up for you, we persistently recommend you to either apply for our nutrition plan along with the workout plan or get a trusted diet plan set up from elsewhere.

Which is the most beneficial and efficient option?

Your body won’t respond to the same diet/workout regime after few weeks, therefore it is strongly recommended to alter your programme consistently to shock the body and improve your metabolism. Therefore, we strongly recommend applying for a subscription instead of a one off plan.

Nutrition Plan Subscription

A monthly subscription for the nutrition plan explained above that gives you access to your KESHRED premium account and allows you to update your latest stats, and accordingly our dietitians will modify your plan.

You are allowed to update your stats for unlimited amount of times, however we recommend updating your stats every 4 weeks to allow enough time to witness results.

Workout Plan Subscription

A monthly subscription of the workout plan explained above that gives you access to your KESHRED premium account and allows you to update your latest stats, and accordingly our trainers will modify your plan.

Personal Training

Keshred was developed by personal trainers that are still very committed to their job. We offer personal training at all levels in all locations. Our personal trainer will travel to your home, gym or park to coach you.

Rates for personal training varies dependant on your location, target, frequency of training and the personal trainer that you employ. Therefore if you need personal training, please contact us below to arrange a package and provide you with a quotation.

Virtual Appointment/Skype Call

Whether you need help with your sport, fitness, nutrition or diabetes, we offer online calls by our trainers and nutritionists to discuss and answer your queries.

The sessions can last for up to 2 hours with no extra cost.

Online Training

With our fully comprehensive online training you will get:
  • Your Nutrition and Workout Plan subscriptions
  • A coach that tracks your progress continuously and advise accordingly
  • Continuous modifications to your programme depending on your feedback

Our online coaching is the most beneficial and affordable way to have your own coach that will help you reach your target. It is a fully comprehensive package that will consider all possible factors that might effect your performance, health, habits, activity and progress.

How efficient is our online training package compared to average personal training?

The average personal training session in the UK costs around £50, if you consider training 4-5 times a week with a trainer, this will cost you between £800 to £1100 a month. Not to mention that most trainers won’t provide you with a diet plan and might not even explain to you the effect of each exercise, what muscles got trained, why that specific technique and how will it help you achieve your goal.
